The bottom line is that you’re a businessperson, and you’re investing in e-learning to help your business, not as part of a public service program. And it’s important that you be as clear as you can about your success criteria. For when you’re caught up in the heat of day-to-day work, it’s very easy to lose sight of what you’re trying to accomplish.
